   Pflegevisiten   

In turnusmäßigen Abständen führen wir bei unseren Patienten sog. "Pflegevisiten" durch. Dabei werden Patientenbefragungen vor Ort durchgeführt und dokumentiert.

Dabei sind bsw. folgende Bewertungskriterien maßgebend:


  Werden die vereinbarten Leistungen durchgeführt?

  Sind die Mitarbeiter freundlich und höflich?

  Läßt sich die Pflegekraft genügend Zeit für die Leistungen?

  Werden auch Sonderwünsche erfüllt?

  Ist der Qualitätsbeurteilungsbogen regelmäßig geführt worden?


Derartige und weitere Fragen werden dabei vom Patienten beantwortet. Der Patient kann durch die Beantwortung dieses Fragenkatalogs Auskunft über seine Zufriedenheit / Unzufriedenheit mit unserer Pflegeeinrichtung geben. Er gibt uns damit die Chance, im Rahmen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses zielgenau auf mögliche Probleme in unserer Pflegeeinrichtung zu reagieren.
